
The latest ACSI results show two Detroit automakers topping the list for customer satisfaction—an unprecedented configuration for the automobile & light vehicle industry. ACSI releases results on a monthly basis to bring stakeholders in-depth coverage of various sectors of the economy throughout the entire calendar year.
The national index is updated quarterly, factoring in ACSI scores from more than 225 companies in 45 industries and over 130 government agencies, departments, and websites.
